    I have been using the Z30 STA 100-5 on ATT network since January. About a week ago, my GPS and Location services suddenly stopped working on the network. If I am connected to Wifi, it works perfectly on WiFi. I have spoken to ATT and the agent told me my 'Location Services' was shown as disconnected on ATT Network. They couldn't fix this issue. Is anyone else having this same issue? I have wiped my phone and it still doesn't solve the problem. I am considering changing my network. Can anyone help, please?

    I searched but didn't find any solutions. I reached out to Blackberry and they asked that AT&T to contact Blackberry Technical support. That obviously isn't happening because the Z30 isn't an 'AT&T phone

    If this is what your settings looks like, I'd say it's a network issue. Perhaps you should consider another provider, like you mentioned.

    Any updates on this? This is a deal-breaker for me for using the STA 100-5 model on AT&T if this is common.

    The STA 100-5 works like a charm on ATT for me. Best phone ever IMHO. No issues with ATT, just no LTE but that was known.

    Okay, whew! I was aware that it might not be using the correct LTE band, but if GPS was unreliable it may have been the last check in the "doesn't have" column for me.

    LTE is sporadic. There is a long thread around here about which cities have LTE. Philadelphia region does not.

    I use GPS on AT&T's network using my STA100-5 Z30 all the time. Last time I used it was about 3 hours ago. This sounds like a unique issue that I've never heard of. Perhaps there's a hardware issue with GPS on the device?

    It's a device issue
    Your gps radio took a dump on you. Reload your o.s. And see if it comes back. If not have blackberry exchange it

    Thank you everyone! It was DEFINITELY a network issue. I went into a physical AT&T store and they fiddled with it for a while. It works perfectly well now and they also fixed the Visual VoiceMail for me. I haven't had the issue for a couple of days and I am keeping my fingers crossed.

    P.S. I was advised not to 'restore' my backups from the previous wipe. Don't know what's up with that but I am willing to live with that.
