I got an issue in my new Z30 within 1 month of purchase.

In Headphone port, jack is not able to get inserted .

I think some thing went wrong.

Can this problem be fixed it I have to visit store?

Seems a golden metal (may be pin inside of that).

I rarely use my headphones, today when I plugged it in(blackberry headphone ) I faced problem.

Let me know what should I do?

Have you tried pushing it in a little harder? I can't remember what was done but awhile back I remember another thread where they either just forced it in or they did something different. I have noticed other thread where the said they had to replace the jack which probably isn't easy.

Might work to force it to get inserted all the way. This could damage the jack, tho. Mine is not recognized at all now.

Don't force it as it could get worst. Try a different headphone and make sure it's 3.5mm jack compatible
