I have tried every button combo but never get the notification...im trying to reset my blackberry z30 cause there's a problem with it...problem is i forgot my password...other problem blackberry kind of doesn't exist atm so none of their websites work to reset my password...i would like to know a way i can do it via my computer or button combos because i tried the one suggested here and nothing happen it just kept restarting till i let go...any information will be most helpful
