    Just to let someone know who is out in middle east Z30 blank screen issues can be fixed under extended warranty. just submit your device asap.

    it took me 9 days coz the repair centre didn't have any official email from BlackBerry regarding this extended warranty. They refused first.then I had to find some senior staff to convince them to contact BlackBerry.

    with such a global issue, it seems better if BlackBerry alerts its repair partners worldwide so user doesn't have to suffer.

    Good to hear that BB did the right thing in other areas of the world.

    As someone asked in a similar thread - which version of the OS was loaded on the device when you got it back.

    10.3.1.2582 was loaded when it was returned after repair.
