    How long have you had the update? You need to reboot a few times and let it settle for a couple of days.

    Updated yesterday and no issues so far for me. Wife did it a couple days ago and has had no issues. Phone is noticeably faster in each and every task. Both of us are very pleased. New OS is a definite improvement.

    Tap the CPU item at the bottom and see if it reveals a bit more about what is running. I have no idea what Input Services are.

    It was probably used by the update process. My battery life has definitely improved after the update.
