    Hi, i just would like to know if it is possible to put generic email id of the company into your z30, and does anybody know how can i do that without asking our it.

    Example of generic id [email protected]

    Currently my company email i can add to my phone, however i cant seem to add the generic email, i.t. has configured the same on my laptop outlook and prompts me to choose profiles when opening outlook.

    Why are you trying to use a fake email address?

    Also what email server connection are you trying to use? ActiveSync, IMAP, or POP.
