Hey folks,

After the recent 10.3.1 update, some games have stopped working on my z30 and just keep stuck at the first screen which has the game production/designer logo.
Below are some of the list.
- minion Rush.
- run in crowd.
- kiwi wonder.
- stick tennis.

I went o the review section of app in BlackBerry World and found out that many are facing such issue. And have dropped in the reviews. I did too.

Just wondering if by any chance someone had any fixes around with them in case. Or anyone else with more input in the not working list.

PS: I have always been on Official Updates And
to avoid any issues from happening on 10.3.1 update, did a security wipe first and the just restored the contacts, calender, hub messages and remember notes on my phone from my backup pro app.

Hadn't any issue until now with this.

So you uninstalled the games and then re-installed them after the update?
Then maybe the developers need to fix them to work with the current Android runtime.

Yeah, I deleted them before I wiped my phone, then updated the OS.
Have dropped in the review section about the same. Was wondering have anyone found any workaround here.

It's because they dropped the game app which a few games depended on for score

Did you check for updates? Many apps need to be updated once on 10.3.1

What's this game app? I never noticed it but certainly run in crowd stopped working after this update :-/

Well I have the Games application present in my phone Z30 but it's just that, it doesn't connect says server error.
If this is the case then this should have been flagged before to the developers.
However guess unlucky in this regard if I would have know about this least had waited for a bit for this to be resolved

Hi Dave, I had installed them fresh from BlackBerry World on 22nd. Performed a security wipe before upgrading to 10.3.1

Only the company Gamesloft can fix this issue. Otherwise you need to download the android version.

Yeah so the dev for run in crowd needs to fix the app because score loop is longer available.

A few months ago BlackBerry requested game developers to disconnect from scoreloop or risk to have a nonfunctional game by the time 10.3.1 is out. This is now taking effect because it's been shut down.

My issue is with a native BlackBerry App, DOOMgles now called Dgles. It gets stuck at splash screen tho it doesn't not use any dependencies like score loop.

Developer already notified but just checking for additional persons with this issue.

Don't know about these games, but some others are not compatible with 10.3.1 due to the removal of Adobe's AIR runtime (Rebuild for example - a nice little zombie apocalypse survival strategy game).
