    After the latest update i.e., 10.3.2.2474, I am unable to hear the other person on IMO and JIO VOIP calls.
    BlackBerry, please fix this at the earliest.

    My issue with the IMO and JIO chat app calling is still not resolved.

    Where did you get those apps from? BB World? Elsewhere?

    What happens when you try to use them?

    I downloaded that from Google Play store.
    It was working fine before I updated the OS. After the OS update I am unable to make calls from both these apps (IMO and JIO chat). WhatsApp call is working fine.

    IMO is the only app which is still not blocked in most of the countries.

    I don't know any of those apps. But maybe someone will but it it time. Or it might just not work anymore. After all not all Google Store apps work.

    Or you could try going back to the earlier OS where they worked. But you canNOT go back to 10.2.xxxx from certain versions of 10.3.xxxxx
