Recently I have noticed that the File Manager is opening very slowly. It used to open in 1 or 2 seconds. Now it takes 7 to 10 seconds. I have a 32 gig card with very little on it. 3.7 gigs to be exact. The device has 7.9 gigs remaining.
    I'm running an ST100-3 on 10.2.1xxx.
Any ideas on what is making it open so slowly? Once it opens everything operates as it should. I sit here a concern my phone is starting to fail? Resets have not improved the condition nor has a backup and restore.

Since you've already done a backup and restore, it might be worth a shot to back up the data on the SD card, from there navigate to Settings > Storage and Access, erase the media card and then format it (the options are towards the bottom of the screen). Once that's done, open File Manager to see if the issue persists with the card being blank to rule out the possibility of a corrupt file causing things to hang up, and if it works fine then if not then copy your data back to the card and test it out again.
