    I can't save any photos from apps, texts or email and can't access saved photos to attach to apps like FB, CB10, Instagram, texts and emails anymore. File Manger takes forever to open (45 seconds)which I think is the issue. I'm still running Verizon 10.2.1.3289 (haven't tried any updates on my own). I've got plenty of device storage 5.96GB and memory 697MB and have been rebooting daily including several hard reboots. I've deleted all my saved texts, emails and seldom used apps, cleared caches and have all photos and docs stored on my 32GB SD card that still has 24GB free. Any suggestions would greatly appreciated as this is a huge problem for me.

    when FIle Manager opens you still can't save? I would be reloading the OS using BBLink if you are unwilling to jump ahead on your own.

    Since I'm going to reload what OS and method would you recommend? Every time I'm about to pull the trigger I'll see posts about problems with certain OS which makes leery along with all the different methods used.

    Try to remove the SD card and see if that fixes it. Next step would be to sign out of / delete cloud accounts and turn off RFA on device to see if that changes the load speed of file manager.

    Thanks I turned off RFA only and that didn't do it, then pulled the SD card and reinserted with RFA still off and that seemed to solve the problem of attaching previously saved photos.

    I spoke too soon. It's still laggy although I can finally attach saved pictures again but it still takes a really long time for previewer and file manager to open.

    I missed the part about signing into cloud accounts and doing that fixed my issue..thanks for the help.
