    Looking for ideas on how long a factory reset should typically be. I have done this in the past and it usually only takes a couple hours at the very most. I started one on my Z30 yesterday afternoon and after 22 hours it is still going (showing 98% for last 2 1/2hrs). Any ideas on speeding up or stopping this process greatly needed. Need my phone badly
