Blaize said in his review of the 5 biggest reasons why he likes the Priv that the bb10 apps aren't being updated as often ie. Facebook early 2015 was the last time it was updated. Just use the web.

That's what I do. Web version is actually ok.

I realize that FB is not going to give BlackBerry users priority on updating and upgrades but the BlackBerry version barely works at times. Terrible.

Facebook did not build the native BlackBerry app on BlackBerry 10, BlackBerry did, so it is BlackBerry that is lagging behind in updating their app.

When BlackBerry started building BlackBerry 10, Facebook refused to build a native app, so BlackBerry developers built it, knowing that they wouldn't be able to sell BlackBerry 10 without basic social media apps. They also built the native Twitter app.

If BlackBerry can't update their damn Facebook app so it works properly than I ll eventually move on to another platform like Android or iOS.

Looks like they re gonna do the same BS to BB10 users like they did with the PlayBook now they moved onto the Android platform.

Not updating key apps is death for BlackBerry 10. That's why I'm mentally prepping myself to move to Android (Priv maybe or a Nexus). I love BlackBerry 10 and I still love my Z30 but some aspects are falling behind. I understand BlackBerry is in a tough spot but they should keep updating to some degree!
