So I had a weekend away and thought I would see how long my Z30 lasts without a charge.

I didn't have need for 4G and had wifi coverage in quite a few places, so I set the phone to 2G only.

Multiple email accounts including BES work account, Facebook, Twitter and BBM. All active.

Light use of the phone over the weekend and start of this week.

Let's just say I was quite impressed with the battery life:

I usually get incredible battery life on my z10 as well if I am on a 2G network. While in cuba, I only had 2G and charged my Z10 once every 3.5 days.

65 hours is a long time but u barely used your phone and plus the fact your on 2g helps alot too

Only way to make a Z10 last that long is putting into airplane mode and not turning the display on for a couple of days :P

The phone had light to moderate use. From email, texts, calls and bbms to work applications, personal apps and Internet browsing.

You can clearly see that the screen used 25% of the battery, indicating that I definitely was using the device.

65 hours is phenomenal.

That's amazing...mine just arrived today. can't wait to see what kind of battery life I get out of it going full tilt.

I'm on 4g use the phone for streaming movies, hotspot to connect laptop , constantly on crack Berry and other forums and phone will last me at least 20 hrs with heavy usage and 36-48 hrs with moderate use.

Ive used Sony z1, Samsung note 3, LG g2 and iphone

The is no phone that can be compared with the z30 battery life especially for heavy users
