    I have the z10 and new z30. They both have the same email accounts. For some reason one of the accounts on the z30 isn't receiving emails like the z10. Is anyone else having this issue?

    well Im not using both at the same time. SO how are your settings on each? Have you compared the email accounts on both and ensured that your setting are the same?

    Yes they are both the same outgoing and incoming settings. The sync on the z30 is min of 30 mins. The z10 is 5.

    What are the server settings? I.E. Are you using POP? If so then you Z10 is downloading and removing the email from the server before the Z30 can see it.

    I believe in 10.2.1 they added a "leave on server" setting which should solve this problem for you. However you will need some other email client to go download the messages periodically to clean out your mailbox on the POP server.

    Thanks for the response. It is pop. I went and checked the sync settings and changed the z30 to an hour from 30 mins and they came through. The z10 and z30 have different sync times.

    The Sync intervals shouldn't matter of there is a setting to leave the mail in the server. I don't have a POP account to test with but maybe someone else can chime in as to if this setting exists yet and where it is.

    I use IMAP accounts on various mobile devices, both Android and BlackBerry. I do not encounter any problems.

    If you have a POP account make sure the mail will not be deleted from the server. That would cause the mail to be only received on one device.

    I'm not sure where to find that setting (if you mean the phone settings). I assume it is set in the server side. I'm getting the same mail when I access via the Web and the same emails come to the z10. I am now receiving on the z30 and all I did was change the sync interval.
