    So finally I've come to a conclusion to downgrade ma mobile to a lower version... and there is no turning back in my decision .. I'm planning for 10.2 is that good..?? Are what do you guys suggest me...??

    If you're on a version of 10.3.2 now, it is impossible to downgrade to anything lower

    Starting around 10.3.2.500 BlackBerry enacted a security and anti-theft system to comply with certain regional laws. They rolled this out for all BB10 devices and in all regions.
    Part of the system is a hard coded "black list" of all previous OS versions. This is flashed into the core memory of the device and can not be removed or edited by any means. If you try to install an OS on the black list, it will not install and lock the device. You can only unlock it by entering your BBID and installing a non-black listed OS.
    There is no end user way to get around this.
