I hate screen protectors as I just have to have them perfect and most of them need to be applied in the exact right spot to avoid parts around the edge not sticking. Mostly though dust is my enemy, I can get the bubbles out no problem but even the tiniest speck of dust is un-fixable. I normally order double digits from ebay and it varies between 5th to 8th time lucky getting them perfect.

I have one on my Z10 applied with no dust specs or bubbles although it is more matt than I would like so I may order some different ones

I just put one on and I have to get used to the surface. The images now are definitely not as sharp, so that might persuade me to remove it over time. I was worried that the original screen protector would leave sticky residue if left longer. Never had one before on previous BBs and they were scratched to hell, I figured it would be better this time.

If you want an exact fit, try Skinomi. I've gotten them for all my devices. They last long and no bubbles or turning yellow. Cutouts are exact for the Z30. Check it in Amazon.

I have taken off the Ismooth protector after a month of use because when swiping my fingers got caught on the not so smooth edges of the protector.
Using a Nerove case so don't really need a protector.

I recently switched to the Z30 and the aftermarket ebay ones I got were just not wide enough and left quite a border. I have got an official BB one that I fitted almost perfectly but there is unusually a bubble that I just cannot shift. I sometimes think that I should not bother with them.

I have the Blackberry branded Z30 Screen protector and it's excellent. Clarity is exactly the same without it on. And it fits very well.
If you haven't had one try it out......

Just ordered one for my new z30. I just can't risk scratching the screen.

I use a matte finish protector. It's great and zero fingerprints

Does the matte one result in screen resolution drop?

Yes it's a BlackBerry. If you have something bad to say... speak to Easton!

I've left the packaging screen cover on and use a otterbox defender case, no complaints after two months!

I normally don't use screen protectors. But when I got my z10 there was this mysterious perfectly circular mark on the screen all the time. After tons of cleaning and wiping I couldn't completely get rid of it. So from then on i used a protector for my z10. And now as soon as my z30 came out of the box I put one on it. Just to be safe
