What's the difference between every of these model? STA/STL 100-1/2/3/4/5? And does the price is different?

Don't know much about the STAs but as for the STL100 models: model 1 is GSM and only 3G, models 2&3 are also GSM but has the 4G and LTE functions while model 4 is just as 2&3 except that it is CDMA.
This is how I differentiate them. So many other things differentiate them but I think these are the basic features that separates one from the other.
As for pricing, I think they are the same. At least in my country.
Edit: by the way, STL is for Z10

STA is only for the Z30, as it has the dual-antenna from what I understand.

STA100-1: North America, AT&T (never released)
STA100-2: Rest of World
STA100-3: Verizon
STA100-4: Sprint (never released)
STA100-5: North America, everyone except AT&T
STA100-6: South Africa, identical to STA100-2 for some reason

STA100-5: North America, everyone except AT&T

And to clarify, STA100-5 works fine on AT&T. You'll just get 4G in most areas; LTE in limited areas depending on which band AT&T is using there. Plenty of discussion about it here in the forums. So if you're on AT&T don't fear the STA100-5; many of us are using them.
