    We make this simple... phone chargers are not designed to make or produce "hissing" sound (unless it is written on its box)...

    And if does, there something "not right" on that... like "matches", never play with "electricity" - or ignore it when it is calling your attention...

    UL/CE ratings on any device these days means absolutely nothing unless you can 100% prove that the device actually passed these qualifications, as there is a chance that the markings are just fraudulent as is done on all counterfeit or knock-off devices.
