    It's two weeks now since I updated to os 10.3 my bb z30 displays dark but I still receive calls and notification, any help coz am out of warranty.

    Which 10.3.1 version did you use? I don't remember the exact version but one official version killed some Z30 screens. BlackBerry gave a screen replacement for the effected phones even if it's already out of warranty.

    If I found the thread about it, I will let you know.

    Here is the link, unfortunately the extended warranty for this issue has been expired as of May 31st.

    I guess you'll need to buy a replacement screen from ebay/amazon.
