    I rec'd new Z30 yesterday and I took the Micro SD card out of my Z10 and put it in my Z30. I can see all of my contacts on new device email addresses, home addresses etc are all there but phone numbers are missing (gone?). Is there a way to retrieve them?

    Well the contacts info is not stored on your SD card, correct? So it doesn't matter which device you are using. The contact info is saved in your ACCOUNTS????? At least that's how I understand it. So delete your accounts on the new device and set them up again and then set them to sync.

    There's also a Switch Device option in BBLink which can help transfer data between devices.
