I've a strange issue with call display on my z30. When someone calls it displays only their number even though they're in my contact list. It doesn't display their name when it rings. Once the call is ended it displays their name in the call history

It never used to be this way. It is frustrating to not know who's is calling before answering.

Smart dialing settings seem to be correct +1 for country code and 10 digits for number length. I haven't changed any setting recently.

Have you tried a hard reset yet by holding the volume up and down buttons in for 25 sec until you see the blue loading circle.
