I am currently running on 10.3.2.2xxx.

No available higher version from my carrier to update via OTA.

I do not want to risk bricking my z30 via autoloader as my Passport is down with the "SOS calls only syndrome".

My z30 is my only daily driver.

I notice that if I browse certain sites I get a broken padlock using the built in browser.

If I use Firefox or Opera via apkpure the connection to those sites seems to be working ok.

Although the question is that, can I really trust an apk packaged browser versus the BlackBerry "secured" browser?

Annoyingly weird, and some what very irritated at the thought that I need to use another browser that is not native to the BlackBerry 10 platform.

I suspect that the built-in browser's certificates are maybe outdated.

Is there a way to manually update the built-in browser's certificates?

Any input either negative or positive is welcome.

The outcome for me may be the the final nail in the coffin for the BlackBerry 10 platform as my daily driver.

    TIA.Peace.

I am not sure if this is really relevant to my original post.

    https://www.ssllabs.com/

There is a "Test your Browser" feature there.

    I ran the test.

Unfortunately I am behind a VPN connection. I am not sure if it is interfering with the tests.

So I can not really come to a conclusion. Any feed back about it would be great.

    TIA.Peace

I am getting "Your user agent has good protocol support.
Your user agent supports TLS 1.2, which is recommended protocol version at the moment."

The vulnerabilities checking finds no problems.
