Took the plunge and picked up a Z30 here in Australia. Purchased it outright, so not dependant on carriers for updates. Have updated to 10.2.1.xxx through BB Link.

Have spent about a day getting used to it and loving it so far! Some things I've noticed so far;

• Downloaded Quickpic from Amazon App Store. It doesn't recognise the images stored on my SD card (they appear in the native Pictures app)
• When I shut the device down and restart it, it does a scan of my music again (takes maybe 10 - 15 mins). Unsure why it does this and a bit annoying, but don't shut down too often, so shouldn't be a big deal.

Would appreciate any tips or advice for a Z30 newbie that you think may be useful, things that may not be so obvious or things that you've picked up that you think might be worth a crack.

Regarding Quickpic: I just downloaded it and tried it. You need to go into settings > browser > include folders. There you add:

Thanks mate. I tried the settings, but it wouldn't navigate down to the folder that holds the photos (it wouldn't even show it). Could be an SD card issue, but if so why does the native picture app find the photos ok? Bit confusing.

I had this issue with one of the earlier versions of 10.2.1. But I'm not sure if an update solved it or if it just vanished after a few days.
