I guess so, he's running a shop in Pune, Maharashtra. The shops name is globe Connections or something, it's in Fatima nagar, MG road. If anyone's got friends there, please can u verify this?
For knowing if he's real, ask him to email his license or PAN card or anything, just to make sure!
And yeah the packet is not sealed, he said he did so to check if the all the contents are there and the phone is not tampered, but the phone and battery is untouched!
Anyways am getting a BlackBerry Z30 from him next week, after I sell my Z10.

Z30 STA-1 model? I bought z30 in Delhi 3rd day after its launch from blackberry shop and it is STA-2 model which has 4G. Thought I ll tell you so.

It cannot be the STA100-1. That's a North American model that's probably not even in production.

Yes. Even I bought from indian dealer with warranty around 2 weeks before and it was STA-2.

Its funny and raises an alarm in my mind to hear that he opens each handset to check the contents. I mean why would you open a sealed pack. I was fooled once when I bought a Lumia for my mom. The phone was used when I got it. So BEWARE and think logically.

Okay so all Z30 are having 4G network? And it's STA 100-2 on ebay too?

Hm okay if am buying from him, I'll go to pune, see him in person n then I'll get it if I find out if it's new!

I think he posted it few weeks back on ebay under deal of day for 37,900 something if I remember well. Maybe he hasn't sold it and using it personally and now want to sell it. Else there's no reason to open a box to check contents

I got his license and PAN card photos to my Whatsapp, but found out he sells 2nd hand phones, which was not what he told earlier.
And anyways so there is no one in CrackBerry who lives in pune?

Now I got another offer for 35k for a sealed Z30 STL100-2, she got it as a gift and she's planning to sell it so hopefully I would be able to get my hands on it soon
