I use Box Cloud service daily to access numerous different folders and files. I have noticed since upgrading OS to official carrier (Rogers, Ontario) 10.3.1.2558 that Box is now running extremely "laggy". I'm using the Z30 STA100-5.

Whether accessing Box on Wi-Fi or via LTE, it takes a very long time for folders and files to open. I found it to be MUCH snappier when running OS 10.2. I have not changed or added any significant content in the cloud storage since upgrading OS.

Has anyone else noticed the same thing? Any suggestions/tips for improving Box performance on 10.3.1.2558 would be greatly appreciated. Please share your thoughts.

I've used Dropbox, Box, and now OneDrive and all of them seem to be equally slow at loading files when you're looking through directories. It's not a lot faster on a Windows Phone either so maybe that's just how it is. I dunno. Wish I had a solution or something helpful to say but nope.

I see what your talking about. I just started into the whole thing for the first time since updating. I visited some folders, files and revisited the same folders. There is no problem here.

There is a noticeable lag when first going into Box compared to 10.2. But everything else is as expected. File download, opens are all the same as 10.2. There maybe just a tiny bit more delay opening sub folders. I suspect with more use it will be the same as 10.2.
Tested on a 1mbps download Att 4 g cough cough tower.

Closed down and went back in. It was faster. Maybe the same as 10.2.

Since updating to Z30STA100-5/10.3.1.2558 a couple of days ago, I too have noticed a massive delay in getting into any of the folders or files in Box, Dropbox, or Onedrive. I use all of those daily for storing downloads and attachments, plus downloading copies of photos and videos automatically.

This is unacceptable for a business phone. I've downloaded PlayCloud so as to be able to get to the files quickly, but it doesn't allow the same interaction with other programs as the native files program. I'm hoping BlackBerry fixes this ASAP.
