Stay on that for now. There have been a number of issues with 10.3.3, particularly for the Z30.

I have a question. A friend on Verizon has a z30 was set to auto update and is now on 10.3.3 and has not had any issues except BlackBerry Link want back up his phone. Is it possible for him to go back to 10.3.2

You can't go back, no.

Try using DBBT for backups and restores instead.

Count your blessings, stay with the version you have as is for now on the Z30. I waited nearly a month before I mistakenly updated; I thought I vetted most of the bugs based on this forum & I missed the part about the fail on BBLink.

Some have reported here that one has to delete or remove an Apple application in order for this version to work with BBLink, how incredible is that?!

Hope they will step up with a patch to fix this!

Link explaining, just above your post. It's not really a big deal and it's not 10.3.3 specific. Wasn't working on my 10.3.2 phones either. It just wouldn't load.

Well, I don't know if the upgrade did it or not or the license expired. That's the error I get when I tried to play one recently. I don't play them often. And yes, I get the network error message when I try to download from BlackBerry World. I think we are SOL.

Download to PC, unzip it, plug in your phone, and run the autoloader.

Use Ultimate Backup first if you wish. DO NOT use BlackBerry Link.

FWIW I'm running 10.3.3.3057 (ver) on both my Z30 and my Z10 this version and the previous version cause problems with my sms. I'm on T-Mo USA so this may not affect you.
