Mine one week old z30 has display problem.Pressing the power button solves the problem.But it keep occurring.

Has anybody faced such problem?

Is it minor or major issue? Contacted the seller,but still waiting for reply.

Please update your profile to include device, carrier, and location. This makes it easier for others to help you.

You can try a device reset first. (NOT the same as a restart.)

Hold down your top button for about 30 seconds. Keep pressing it down, ignoring onscreen countdown and restart option, BB splashscreen, and black screen. The red LED will turn on. As soon as LED turns off, release the top key.

Was anything better after that reboot?

It is a big deal if this keeps occurring, and it is not usual.
If it's still happening you most likely must replace the hardware under warranty and get a new Z30.

Thanks for your reply.But I already did whatever you mentioned.No improvement.I will ask seller for replacement.
