Used the old one, which is exactly the same as the new one pretty much as far as I can see. Good for checking the health of your BB10 phone.

A lot of the information I get from this app is only redirects to parts of the Os that were already there prior to the update. Is it necessary to even keep this app?

I used it to fix the ear speaker on my Z10 last night. Pretty handy and just put off getting a Z30 that much longer.

If you don't know where it is and want to open it..go to BlackBerry World and open it from there.

You've always had it. It was in the older OS I believe it was just always Built in, so you had to search for it, or go through the settings to find it
