Hello there,
because my English is not good, I have done this with google translator.

I own a BlackBerry Z30 ( US model ) .
I have the problem that not with me funktionniert BlackBerry Protect .

I noticed , when I log in Protect , Protect tries to access server Americas . Since I use this cell phone in Germany it can not find this phone .

My cell phone is not an EU model .

Is there a way to circumvent this problem , or to make the phone to a EU model .

That doesn't matter. It shows US servers for me too and I live in Europe and have European models.
Did you buy the phone new or used? If last user didn't remove the phone from his account then you are in trouble. Make him remove it. Turn protect off on the phone. Then you need to reload the OS with link or autoloader. After setting protect up again it should show up under your BlackBerry ID now.

I also reset the phone twice .

Adds new e-mail address and create a new BlackBerry ID .

My BlackBerry Protect doesn't work too. I've updated with a leak autoloader and that's when it stopped working for me. Since then updated with newer autoloader and also through BlackBerry Link and still not working.
