    Ever since updating to 10.3 a few months back I constantly receive this message. I've entered it a few times only for it to return again a couple days later. Anyone else constantly getting this?

    If I can remember I think I had this problem like a year ago and I think it involved changing/updating payment info in BlackBerry World which it needed to verify your BBID. Try that.

    If that fails hopefully someone else will have an answer.
