    After upgrading to 10.3.1 last week
    Everything seed ok
    Today after charging and tiring on. Just back screen. Red light turned on then nothing. I have had this phone since Nov. 2014. Never had any. Issues before this any advice

    If you are in Canada - I think calling blackberry at 1877 255 2377 would be the best thing to do. This is happening to more and more of us and Blackberry is not acknowledging it yet. There are a lot of z30 owners with this same problem. It happened after installing the upgrade 10.3.1.

    I called and they are assessing the situation and will get back to me
    ..hmm.
    My Z10 still works with update...maybe I shouldn't of bought the Z30?
    Thank god I never got rid of my. Z10

    I got another call from BlackBerry. And the acknowledged that they are having this problem with the update to 10.3.1...they will try and fix this problem asap...they will update the status of their progress.
