Is the unlocked GSM version of the Z30 for sale on the best buy website for real? Has anybody picked one of these up yet? If so, why arent these on shop blackberry yet?

I ordered earlier this week. Suppose to be here Friday. I'll let everyone know. Hoping it's a STA100-1 since I'm on AT&T, but I'm not getting my hopes up. Might be making a trip to my local Best Buy to get my money back.

Yeah I'm also not paying $750 for 4th month old device even if it is the STA100-1.

I don't understand BlackBerry's logic for not having it available on their website. The Verizon exclusivity has to be up if Best Buy is now selling it. If it's not made available by the time the Galaxy S5 comes out then I will be purchasing that.

Anyone know which model UPC code 802975054954 is? It appears to be the same unit being sold by Best Buy, Overstock, and TigerDirect.

So, I ordered the Best Buy BlackBerry Z30 for the $800 USD (including tax) price tag earlier this week. Just got it today. Those of you on AT&T will be disappointed. It is not an STA100-1, it is an STA100-5. I may fire it up for the Hell of it and see if it picks up any LTE signals on AT&T (I'm in the Northeast Ohio area), but it will be going back. There are plenty of places to pickup an STA100-5 for cheaper. It is a beautiful phone. Looks so much better with no carrier branding. Will let everyone know if it does or doesn't pickup any AT&T 4G LTE in my area when I power it on tonight.

Thanks for the information. I figured it wouldn't be the STA100-1. I still can't believe they are charging that much for it especially since Verizon sells it for $500.

I can say with certainty that the STA100-5 does not receive LTE from AT&T in the Northeast, Ohio area.

I was in Las Vegas for 1 week, not a single bar of LTE down there on either STA100-3 or STA100-5 with AT&T.

It's under the BestBuy buying options where you can get it for $450 (+$7 shipping) from Gear Giants (whoever they are):

This z30 ad from best buy(marketplace) says it runs on LTE 700 band. So which carrier does it fit?
