I take factory reset or update my Z30 phone,when update finished,in the phone setup when I enter my Blackberry ID,that does not accept my ID...and show me error "the Blackberry protect anti theft feature in on,please sign in with the blackberry ID that was used to setup this device "
Please help me,I want update my os to last version,but I can't do any thing for this problem that will show to me
