    OK

so im still frustrated that I don't have 10.3 in Australia, but that is another story

So on the weekend I am searching how to get 10.3 on my Z30.

I go to the Blackberry site and it says "update software"

I plug phone in and tells me that I have another 10.2 update, so im thinking I update that, then it may prompt a 10.3.

I BACK UP PHONE FIRST (FULL BACKUP)

I plug phone in and it updates but wipes the whole phone

all data gone, so OK I did a Full Backup, lets restore through Link

I do this, it backs up but NO PASSWORD KEEPER DATA.

I have to reinstall all emails, this is no problems but all my Passwords, I cried

    How can rectify?????

Hi Chris, what a bummer. Try going into restore, then custom restore. It should give you the option of restoring certain apps. Scroll down and make sure Password Keeper is checked, then restore. If you've done a full backup, it should be there.

I had always waited for official releases, but now I find its quicker to just install leaks. If you search for 10.3.1.2267 in crackberry, you'll find the autoloader which will work for your z30.
I'm on telstra's network and couldn't be bothered waiting any longer so I just installed it today and it's working great.
The autoloader process is really easy, just download the file, backup your phone, unzip it, double click on the exe file and voila. Once it's complete, you just restore your old data and it's good to go. The entire process will take about an hour.
If you wait for Telstra to release it, you'll be waiting a while and BlackBerry will most likely release a newer update before Telstra can catch up.

Before I do anything I export my passwords. And save it.

Learned the hard way too. Good luck on the restore. Hope it works for you.

so with the export it is a .pkb file

do you just save to your memory card and then restore at a later date?
