My z30 lately near the pool, beach. Because I am on vacation, now I have problem with speakers, audio when play back video clips, or even the passports review clip which was fine few days ago, don't know if it gets any thing being near the water or not. Need some troubleshooting advices from you.

I tested with BBVE, it detected plugged head phone, but would not detect unplugged, so this would be the problem? Don't have any pass test with audio recording, audio playback, recording, left and right channels failured too. The weird thing is, voice controls seem to be fine input and output and yes I did not drop my phone. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

Did you plug the headphones in and out a few times?

Yes, I had many times , I've tried many things. Few days ago I had problems with SD card, now with audio. I went into setting and tried different such as main volume all the way up, head phone audio boost on, But nothing help.

Is it still under warranty?
