    Please see the attached image. For some reason the apps seem to Go off-line and Once selected it is as if the app is restarting.

    It seems happen very randomly.

    Any thoughts?

    Are you low on memory?

    Try resetting by holding down both volume buttons until reboot.

    Tried. Still happens....

    In fact, happened while using an app! While using browser, it minimized to the icon.

    Very odd!

    Something may have become corrupted. You may wish to consider a clean install of the OS. Use 10.3.2.2813.

    Do you have any Android apps installed?

    Can you also post a screenshot of your Memory tab in Device Monitor?

    It's possible the Android apps are causing this. Try downloading CCleaner from the Amazon app store and check the App Manager list. If it shows you have a lot of Android apps with run in background permissions, uninstall some of them and see if it improves performance?
