I live in toronto and i have BlackBerry Z30

It could be native and in BlackBerry World
Or be android and found using Snap

I have used Truila a while back but I'm not sure if it is any good in Canada. The version from snap was better than the one in BB world. Things could have changed though as it has been 3-4 months since I used the app.

Realtor.ca supposedly put out a new one but mostly likely a port. Might be available on Google play

I use the realtor.ca android app from Snap and I've never really had any issues with it. Although, I've found that the mobile site works almost as good so I deleted the app and bookmarked the page lol

Bbworld has some options but craigslist.com is the best apartment/home looking place in canada. I think they might have an app but not sure and kijiji.ca is amazing too but not as good as craigslist and im sure they dont have an app unless they do in which im totally wrong lol.
