    I have had this issue the past few days. After 2 reboots (i had to remove the battery and sim card on the 2nd one) the issue went away.

    No problems here in NW Rockies. I use Skype for some daily calls I make abroad and each use I download it, make my calls and then delete it. Last 2 days I've had no issues reloading Skype from BB World. Last download for it was 18:00 yesterday.

    I found a solution and it worked!


    CAUSE
    This symptom is caused by the filtering of some data via the mobile network between the smartphone and BlackBerry World services. This can occur only when using the BlackBerry World app over a mobile network connection.


    WORKAROUND
    Connect the BlackBerry 10 smartphone to an available Wi-Fi connection, then open the BlackBerry World App.
