Wondering if anyone has bought a Blackberry directly from shopblackberry.com and if so, whats the amount of time you had to wait to receive it?

Is it like a 1 or 2 business day thing, or more like a week or 2?

Hi there. I purchased a phone on a Monday evening and I received it the Wednesday afternoon. Basically one day to process the order, ship it and transit time. Next day in your hands. I was very surprised with how fast I got it.

I did with two day shipping and got two days later. Always go for two day shipping and you should be good.

I ordered it via regular shipping and it took them a few days to ship and it took another 4-5 days to arrive. Too long basically.

I had ordered mine with regular shipping. It stated 5 days to deliver, I actually received it in 4.

I ordered two z30's which did show in stock when ordered. Took 6 weeks to arrive - a week after I phoned to enquire and indicated I would cancel the order if they weren't shipped promptly. Frustratingly slow.

Just to let you know, it only took 2 business days for the device to arrive! Amazingly quick!

Depends. Digital River is the worst, which is BlackBerry's supplier.

I bought my Z30, Shop BlackBerry said it was "In Stock." Then I get an email that says it's out of stock and will be shipped to me when the stock has been replenished.

So, why does BlackBerry claim they're in stock, only to have them be not in stock?

It was a few days of back and forth with Digital River, who told me that they get shipments from BlackBerry every few days or once a week, depending on the device and demand. So they basically said they had no exact timeframe of when I'd be getting my Z30. It came like 10 days later.

It was really not a good experience. I bought it the day it was released on Shop BlackBerry, so maybe that's why it was like that, but it was very misleading from the start. "In Stock, But Not Really, And We Don't Know When You'll Be Able To Get Your Device" would have been more appropriate instead of "In Stock."

I suppose I lucked out. Ordered a white Z30 Thursday, got it Monday.
