What do you mean by 'destroyed'? I'm on my second or third 10.3 (10.3.1.938 at the moment), and aside from a few issues with the installations themselves, the phone is running fine.

No such thing as "destroying" Blackberry, other than physical destruction .

It could be temporarily unusable - just use recovery and load current OS via Link ( or other proffered method). Usually $#!7 happens when you use OS not designed for your device ( ie Z10 build for Z30...). Otherwise, you are safe. Had 10+ blackberries, never succeeded to " brick" one...no matter what stupidity I thrown into it

I load every leak on my Z30 and never have any issues. What method did you use to get 10.3? Also, destroyed is a pretty strong word. What ACTUALLY is wrong with the device?

My volume buttons stutter the audio when changing the volume. Never used to in the stock os.

I installed the latest 10.3.1 leak on my Z30 so far it's great. It just won't play Stairway. I click it and it says "No Stairway ". Weird.....

Having issues with connecting Bluetooth, WiFi Hotspot and battery is draining really fast. Slow key press response for most buttons, answering calls, etc.

Going up to 1154 from 1151, never had any issue with any leak installs, other than known bugs. Tried several times to mess them up too, and only had to do a complete re install once in the past, and that was on my old Storm. My Z30 is happy with anything I have installed so far.

I updated to that latest leaked version and it seems to be booting correctly. Only problem I've had revolves around my encrypted sd card. Over time files just become corrupted for no real good reason (new sd card, works fine when encryption is off)!
