It's only right. The Q10 & the Z30 out the box on Verizon has newer OSes than the Z10 so I can't be mad if the Z10 gets the update 1st. They had to suffer the older OS while we enjoyed the newer ones.

How about giving it to everyone at once as a BlackBerry family. Ya know like that company that sells millions of phones by the day. just makes no sense. I can see carrier to carrier....maybe but not device to device under that same umbrella.

I was afraid this might be the case (Z30 not getting the update for now). I've noticed all the Z10 owners chiming in but no mention from Z30 owners like me (VzW in New Jersey).

Yeah, apparently just Z10 drivers right now, which is only fair since they were stuck on an older build than the Z30 or Q10. At least it's an assurance that we'll be getting it very soon. I'm content to wait a few more days.

I have a Z10 on Verizon. I just switched my sim card out of my Z30 and put it in my Z10 and apparently I am too late for the update as it seems it's been pulled. I hate when that happens.

Are you serious? They pulled it? I didn't think it was an unintentional release as BlackBerry even made a statement that it was out for a limited number of owners but the rest of us would have access soon.

I downloaded it about an hour ago on the wife's Z10, it was only 4mb because I have her on the latest leak. No joy for my Z30 or Q10 yet.....

BlackBerry has a grand total of 3 devices on Verizon. Too much to ask to update all lol...plus I upgraded from a z10 so get stuffed.

My Z10 with no sim picked it up fine and I am updating as I type this post, (on pc of course). We will see, but I have not picked it up on Z30!
