so i try to buy it but ebay seller said it isn't unlocked and is only for verizon

Verizon Z30 is the only model that supports wireless charging.

With respect to being unlocked, I can't say for sure, but remember that Verizon is CDMA not GSM which in most cases causes an issue for people trying to use the CDMA version overseas.

verizon z30 model is STA100-3 right?

All verizon 4g devices are unlocked.

This came as a result of FCC regulation. They bought a huge block of wireless spectrum (4g radio space) from someone (time Warner it was I believe). The FCC approved it with the requirement that 4g devices are all unlocked

Not al sellers know this though .
