Neither did I. An upgrade would be most welcome. If not might consider the Passport for work and use my Z30 as primary multi-media tool.
    Just can't separate from my Z30 !

I won't buy any other phone until there is a new 5 inch full touch BlackBerry bb10 phone with more processor and same features as the Z30. Leap is a downgrade from a Z30.

    I had a few Android phones (S3, S5).
The Z30 is my first BlackBerry.
It does not crash, do not slow down safely. Simply does its job.
The Leap does not like (for example, there is no NFC). The Passport I could not take advantage.
The Z30 is perfect. No change it to another phone!

I came over from WebOS. This was the closest OS to what I was used to, tho I still think webOS was more elegant and more customizable in many ways. I'm anxiously awaiting the release of the slider as I'd like a pkb once more. I'm satisfied with the z30 tho.

The Z30 will be fine until a new all touch device arrives. Have a Classic but is not for me. A backup Z30 is in the drawer in case anything goes wrong with this one.

I'll probably upgrade to the slider or may get a G4, depending on the situation over at BlackBerry

Have just returned to a Z30 after a brief stint with a Nexus 6. Will be staying with this new Z30 until BlackBerry release a 5" (or hopefully larger) full touch device.

Only hope that the next high-end full touch device (if it ever comes) is not Android!

I am still very satisfied with my Z30 and with Otter Commuter Case, the phone just seemed indestructible and relevant for many many years to come. Sometimes I look longingly at my brother 's red Passport but economy isn't very good these days and it makes more sense to stick with my still awesome Z30.

The Z30 seems a bit laggy now though with depleted internal memory. Uninstalling apps and cleaning up device memory seems to help a bit. I plan to back up the whole thing and perform a factory reset to restore it's performance again.

I have a work issued Classic by choice and will stay with it for work related/productivity use and have my Z30 as my personal/media phone. I might check out a slider when it becomes available, but only if it's BB10 OS, not android. Unless the slider proves to be as versatile as it potentially is capable of being, I'll stick with my Z30 or an upgraded variant.

G's.. I just got it as an upgrade from my Z10... and loving it!
What I REALLY want is EASY google play. No muss no fuss, just the ability to access google's monopoly on android apps and have them work without issues.

I've heard the Slider is very light. If that's the case, it will be an excellent Z30 replacement.

My question will be what kind of battery life can be squeezed out of a battery that also has to contend with space limits created by a sliding keyboard mechanism.

    I don't like it.

Looking forward to the new Android BlackBerry or berries coming out.

My Z30 will soon be two years old and still going without any hiccups. Some upgrades would be good such as bigger screen, more internal storage, and a faster processor. Just to stay current. If the slider has similar or better battery life to the Z30, then the slider would be the natural upgrade. You don't have to use the pkb but it's there if you want it.

I love my Z30. However I cannot be dishonest and deny that I wish the screen could get brighter. It's tough to see details on the screen when you are outdoors. I also had little idea how dim it was until I had it beside an iPhone. The camera also needs an upgrade. I could care less about the pixels. The autofocus is pretty slow and bad in macro.

Those are really my only gripes. I would not complain about having more ram and processor speed. But I am not begging for it either.

I think the 1.7 ghz dual core processor & GPU on the Z30 is pretty outstanding. I am completely puzzled as to why the Classic did not get that. I really think they would have moved more units with that.

The problem is the Slider is probably gonna be thick as hell, if can't really be classed as a natural upgrade, a natural would be another full touch
