    Hello all, the alert messages are frozen on my Z30. It began yesterday when I was videotaping and switched camera. that alert stayed until I closed the camera. Last night I received an email alert, which remained frozen. It is now superimposed with a text alert. I just finished connecting to BB Link and the "device connected to computer" is now frozen (device is not connected to computer). Any help appreciated.

    Do a hard reset by holding the volume up and down buttons for at least 30 sec until you see the blue loading circle.
