    For trying to make the conversion to a "software" company, I find it really strange that they cannot update their software. I understand outsourcing the hardware or moving to Android but margins on BB10 still have to be high from a software viewpoint.

    The margins are negative on anything BB10. How can OS development on a dead platform generate sales?

    Sure margins are negative but they really are for the company as a whole. The margins on BB10 have to be much higher (0) than the actual devices (in the red).

    I guess I struggle with the concept of pushing software yet letting your main proprietary software go.
