    How do I get back my google play store app please, I downloaded the blackberry android runtime app from the blackberry app world, switched off my device and restarted it, and now my 3rd party applications dont work....please help with a link that I can click on and download it from crackberry please

    Read and follow the instructions on the first page. It is a framework for Google Play Store to work on a BlackBerry (other than Priv)

    I get these error messages, and how do I delete that blackberry runtime for android from my fone completely??? It really messed up my phone!!!!

    You're not supposed to "open" it. Reboot device and wait 10 minutes while it settles in. Use both volume buttons until phone turns off.
