    its a Z3 Device, while updating software from blackberry link, after 5 to 10 percent it gives an error of internet connectivity while actually there is no such problem. Is there any problem with device? or what?

    I using update from BlackBerry sites, and make sure you have stable internet connection, and its work fine.

    Do a security wipe and try OTA. If still it doesn't work, try downgrading to a 10.2.1 leaked version and then do an OTA update. It'll definitely work.
