    Not able to install 10.2 . tried yesterday to load from the set up.. but my BlackBerry z3 got off after patching up the os 10.2. And not restarted again.. i loaded again via BlackBerry link. Plz tell me the way to install

    Did you do the official OTA update or one of the leaks? What you need to do is to first put the phone on charging for at least 3 hours. Then unhook the phone from the charger and connect it to the laptop. Run the autoloader and then connect the phone to the laptop. Should ideally load up from there on
