I'm using bb z3 for past 2 years.. but from last 4 months, 3g signal suddenly stopped working... Network side no issues... I gave my phone to bb service center, but they were not able to fix the issue...

YOUR OPTIONS:

1. Check network settings. Try other sim cards and see if issue persists.

2. If #1 did not solve the problem, try hard reset by pressing volume up and volume down keys simultaneously for few seconds, well, until BlackBerry logo appears.

3. None of the above worked? Did you update your phone recently? May be you got corrupt radio files. Reload software using BlackBerry link or use an autoloader (How to do it? Look into Google or better in this forum.).

4. Still, no luck? It is most probably a hardware issue then. Where to repair? It'd be a wise decision to get a new phone than to submit that phone anywhere for repair (Z3 on Amazon are priced around 4000INR now. Or you can get some other good ones recently launched.).
