it is probably the most recent update they officially have for you. But i believe you can load any of the 10.3 OSes that appear here on CB. Read the first post before downloading the file.

Maybe Z3 is lagging behind in terms of updates in SA.

I have a Vodacom Z30 its always had updates as soon as they were released.

Which carrier are you using?

My Z30 is running 10.3.2.2836

Just be careful with any bugs.... they usually go away after a while, but they can be extremely annoying. The bug in latest autoloader version z3 OS is that you cannot complete one of the screen tutorials for set up. You can use it without doing this, but for the next 5 or so days, notifications keep popping up to complete setup.
